Yes, I found the program eye opening in the information it provided. I did not realize how much control we do have over our lives even without the new legislation. I do have questions and as soon as I collect them I will contact you. I do think it is a good subject for all seniors to be exposed to.

Expressive Arts

I highly recommend Tricia’s lantern making workshop. Tricia brings such peace, understanding and patience. She supports and mentors participants through each step of the process, and creates the most risk free environment.   Each member was able to trust in the process and create their own beautiful, personalized lantern and all were so proud of their creations.  Making the lanterns showed our community members that they all have talents in this visual spatial area, which they may never had a chance to explore before. Also, Tricia is very organized and provides all materials needed.
